Green Bean Casserole Recipe


  • 1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans (14 ½ ounces each) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 1/3 cups French-fried onions


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the soup, milk and pepper in a 1 ½ quart baking dish. Stir until blended.
  3. Stir in the green beans and 2/3 cup of the fried onions.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
  5. Stir and sprinkle with the remaining 2/3 cup fried onions.
  6. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until fried onions are golden brown.
